This policy explains how Kent & County Roofing ("we") uses the personal information you give us through this website, kentandcountyroofing.co.uk. We are the controller of that information.

When you send the quote form we receive the details you type into it:

• your name, phone number and email address
• the postcode of the property
• the kind of work you are asking about, and what you tell us about the roof

We do not ask for, and ask you not to send, anything more sensitive than that.

How we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry: to contact you, arrange a visit and give you a quote. Our lawful basis is that you have asked us to take these steps before any agreement for work. We do not sell your details or use them for marketing.

Who handles it

The form is delivered by Web3Forms, which passes your message to us by email. Our website is built for us by our web developer and hosted on Vercel. Each processes the information only to provide that service to us.

How long we keep it

We keep an enquiry for as long as we need it to deal with your request and any work that follows, and then delete it. If we never carry out work for you, we delete it within 12 months.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no cookies and loads no analytics or advertising scripts. The cookie policy has the detail.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it or stop using it. To do so, send us a message through the contact page. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
